    Have a Question?

ASH keeps a rolling record of the past six years of claimed continuing medical education (CME) credits for its CME-accredited activities.

CME Certificates are issued to physicians (MD, DO) only. Non-physicians may request certificates of attendance for their participation in any of ASH's CME-accredited activities. All certificates are issued in PDF format.

In order to claim CME credit or to request a certificate of attendance, participants must complete the online program evaluation associated with the activity.

ASH Academy is the source for all evaluations of ASH's CME activities, except for the Annual Meetings. Once an evaluation on the ASH Academy has been completed, you may return at any time in the future to make duplicate copies of your certificate.
